Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks. Provide technical support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures. Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and system improvements. Document IT procedures and train end-users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in IT support or help desk roles. Knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPN). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for user support.
